Reviews and Ratings
I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! The location was superb, right in the city center, making it so convenient to explore. The rooms were large, airy, and clean, providing a comfortable retreat after a long day of sightseeing. The service was absolutely superb, with friendly and helpful staff making sure every need was met. However, the dining experience, although acceptable for a short stay, lacked variety for extended visits. The facilities were top-notch, adding great value to the overall experience.
The hotel rooms are very comfortable and quiet despite being located on a busy road. While the peeling wallpaper and missing picture were noticeable, the haggling strips were an eyesore. The breakfast could use some improvement.
I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were nice and very clean, but nothing extraordinary. The location is really central, near many restaurants and main tourist sites, and I felt safe the entire time with my family and child. The service was very helpful and kind, especially the maid who was v v helpful. The dining experience was pretty bad and not worth the price. However, the facility itself was good.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The location was outstanding, close to the main square and attractions in the center of Toulouse. The rooms, however, felt cramped and awkward, making it difficult to move around. The service was excellent, with accommodating staff who even helped with storing our bikes and changing our room when needed. The dining experience was average, with a minimal buffet selection but decent quality. Overall, it was a comfortable stay with some minor drawbacks.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. While the rooms were old-fashioned with worn-out carpets and very tiny, offering limited space for our luggage and having safety concerns with the lack of a handrail on the stairs, they did have a view of Jean Jaures avenue. The service was quite helpful, with the staff providing dining recommendations and organizing a taxi, led by a courteous manager. However, the pricing discrepancy was confusing. The location was utilitarian with lacking atmosphere but convenient next to the metro and paid car parking, though the area felt safe. The dining options were below average, with little choice and poorly stocked cuisine, although accommodating vegan preferences. Overall, my stay had its ups and downs.
